Here at Interiors & Textiles, we not only supply homeowners throughout the Peninsula and San Francisco Bay Area with high quality flooring and window coverings, we also work closely with the local interior design community to provide those in the industry with the same high-quality products and installation to help them delight their clients. We have found over time that the most successful interior designers are those who focus on the overall design project, planning, coordination and intricate details that their client desires; and partner with us to provide the materials and expert installation for the flooring and window coverings. Each party contributes what they do best, the project is a success, and most importantly, the client is happy.
Since our businesses have so much in common, we are hosting a series of events open to the Bay Area interior design community. In May, we welcomed HGTV Design Star Series 3 Winner Jennifer Bertrand, who spoke about how Pro Bono work can benefit your interior design business.
This month, we are hosting an event designed to directly help you grow your local presence online, and increase the flow of clients to you – “Grow Your Business With Content Sharing”. This seminar will explain how you can make the best use of Social Media platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook and Houzz to increase your visibility and show off your design talents to potential new clients. You will learn how to position yourself in the best possible light, how to reach the right clients, and how to appeal to them and convince them that you are the right designer for them! This is also a great opportunity to network with other interior designers in the local area.
Not only will this event provide you with valuable resources to help build your business, it is also IDCEC approved and qualifies as 2 CEU credits for your American Society of Interior Designers membership, helping you reach the required 10 hours needed every 2 years.
The event will be held on Tuesday July 2nd at the Interiors & Textiles showroom located at 1400 N. Shoreline Blvd, Suite B-1, Mountain View, CA 94043. The event will run from 4pm to 6pm, light refreshments will be served. There is no charge for this event, but advance registration is required – click here to sign up.
